Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with any tracking information (if available).

2. Delivery Time

The average delivery time is:

  • Netherlands: 2 to 5 business days
  • Belgium: 3 to 7 business days
  • Europe (other countries): 5 to 12 business days

Please note: delivery times are indications and may vary due to carrier congestion, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight/volume of your order.

Any promotions such as free shipping will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Shipping and Carriers

Xevorastore collaborates with reliable shipping partners to deliver your order safely.

We reserve the right to choose the carrier most suitable for your order.

5. Track & Trace

When available, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

This allows you to track the status of your package.

6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct address details when placing an order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address, additional shipping costs may be charged for a new shipment.

7. Not Home for Delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may:

  • deliver the package to neighbors
  • deliver the package to a pick-up point
  • attempt a new delivery

This depends on the carrier and the delivery options in your region.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We do our best to pack your order well and ship it safely.

Lost Package

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

9. International Shipping
